If you run communications programs under Windows and are using Windows' driver -- comm.drv -- this driver will do wonders for 28.8kbps transmissions. It handles all the installation and makes the necessary changes in the SYSTEM.INI file. But you must have the 16550 UART chip for CyberCom to do you any good.
